When city officials attempted to catch him and bring him to an overcrowded city shelter, Ritchie proved just how smart he was - by staying one step ahead. Thankfully, a kind citizen heard about Ritchie and brought his story to our attention so that we could take him under our care. Now Ritchie is ready for his next adventure: finding a family of his very own.
