Meet Higgins! You certainly won’t meet a pup more friendly, loving, curious, affectionate, and easygoing! This young guy comes to life when people or friendly pups are near! You can expect a wagging tail, snuggles, and tippy tap toes for every greeting. Toys are interesting but Higgins would rather be sitting in your lap getting all the scratches/belly rubs! Higgins would thrive having another playful pup sibling to show him the ropes. So far in his foster home he has done well with potty training, enjoys children, and seems interested but doesn’t engage with the cat in the home.
