Meet Emmy! This sweet girl is ready to find her forever home. Emmy is a mellow, affectionate pup who loves nothing more than following her people around and being part of whatever they’re doing. She enjoys attention but isn’t demanding, and she has the cutest way of leaning into you like a cat when she’s asking for pets. Of course, her curly tail and adorable smile are two of her best features! Emmy gets along well with other dogs and is gentle and curious when meeting new friends. She enjoys sniffing and exploring and may even want to play once she figures out how to initiate. She’s also been respectful around cats she has seen on walks. Emmy can be a little startled by sudden movements or sounds, so a home with older kids may be the best fit. Emmy is potty trained, crate trained, and walks nicely on a leash with continued practice. She’s a quiet girl who rarely barks and settles easily. Her favorite quirks include nudging your feet with her nose to check in on you and trying to “dig” her way into your cuddles when she wants extra affection.
