📣Meet Phineas!! A new intake from one of our shelter partners in west Texas. This poor little pup has already had a rough start in life and we’re hoping to give him a fresh start. 🙏🏼 Phineas was found as a stray with some scarring along his spine😭. If we had to guess, this does not appear to be mange but rather a burn of some sort. The shelter believes him to be a terrier type puppy around 10 months old weighing only 14 lbs. We are not able to cat or dog test at the shelter. Phineas is adoptable anywhere in the US!
