Meet Aster—a mellow and clumsy baby! Aster was born in May 2023 (approximately 6 months old as of November) and weighs around 35 lbs. Aster is currently in Washington at his foster home with his sister Ivy (also available for adoption!). His foster describes him as "the world's most mellow dog.” He is good with kids and other dogs (untested with cats), well-behaved on walks, and kennel trained. He's very affectionate, cuddly, easygoing, and chill. His perfect family would be the one that is committed to getting him some exercise and gives him the love and attention he deserves. He was one of the box puppies we rescued from San Antonio, Texas. They were left alone in a cardboard box with a hose on top to keep them inside. Aster is available for adoption anywhere in the US.
