Meet Spencer! Spencer has quite a survival story. He was found after being abandoned on the streets covered in fleas with an enormous growth below his ear. When he was first found, we weren't sure he would even survive, but we are happy to report that this boy has had his tumor removed, and is doing well! Spencer is a calm, sweet pup who plays ball and loves attention.
