Say hello to Wilbur! Wilbur is said to be a very sensitive dog - he's tolerant and gentle but scared. While we think he'll open up once he's comfortable in a home, we believe he'd do best in a quieter environment without too much commotion, maybe with another dog to help him find his confidence. Wilbur is also looking for a family willing to provide him with some medical treatment once he arrives in the US. *** PLEASE NOTE *** The blue fence is 33.5” tall for height reference.
