Despite a tough start to life, Merritt is your typical, fun-loving terrier mix. He was found on a construction site with a neck wound from imbedded collar. Merritt was taken in by a shelter who took care of his neck wound (pictured), got his vaccinations up to date and neutered him. Then this boy took a private flight up to the Pacific Northwest to a TPGHR foster in Washington. His name means "deserving of good fortune". He weighs approximately 24 pounds and we estimate that he is between two and four years old. He would love to find a forever home with another pup or to have the opportunity to have playdates! He is available for adoption in the US and the Vancouver, Canada area.
