Meet Clara! She is a Shepherd Mix estimated to be 2-3 years. When Clara was found, one of her front legs had an old fracture. At the garden, she was able to have surgery on her leg. She is learning to use her leg correctly, but it will take some time. Clara is doing physical therapy, and has made improvements each day. It is possible that she will need to continue physical therapy once she finds her forever home. Clara is looking for an adopter that will help her build trust, as she can be shy and somewhat cautious. Clara was found on the side of a busy highway under the concrete road support, while our founder was having breakfast nearby. 😭 She is also a happy dog, ready to find a family to call her own.
