Black dogs and cats spend longer in shelters than other colored animals, but it was Piper's lucky day when Emre spotted her at the Istanbul shelter. He pulled this beautiful girl and brought her to to our sanctuary. She is approximately 54 pounds and she has a gorgeous black coat. She is social and good with other dogs and people. ***PLEASE NOTE*** The blue fence is 33.5 " tall for height reference. We are unable to test dogs with cats or children in Turkey due to location and circumstances.
