Sophia is a young girl who was sadly abandoned by her family and later found on the streets in Turkey. She was brought to the Garden during the cold Winter of 2022, weighing just under 23 lbs and too young to fend for herself. Since being at the Garden she has proven to come in to her own. She’s happy, healthy, playful, and full of energy. We believe she’s perhaps a little terrier mix, that loves attention and has learned to give her paw to get it. She gets along with other dogs and she’s hoping maybe you have a pup at home in need of a playful fur sibling. She’s going to make a wonderful addition to a loving family. *** PLEASE NOTE *** Sophia is available for adoption anywhere in the US. The blue fence is 33.5” tall for height reference. We are unable to test dogs with cats or children in Turkey due to location and circumstances.
