This big girl was rescued from a landfill in Corum along with Bianca and Miranda. It took her some time to get used to trusting other dogs and settling into living in the safety of the Garden. She is a big, strong dog and due to her size her ideal home would be with an adult(s) and has not been tested with younger children or cats. She may do just fine in a home with older children. Ophelia is currently being fostered in the Seattle, WA area. Her foster mama says she is a very smart, docile, patient, loving and independent girl. Ophelia is house broken, walks well on a leash, has picked up quickly on basic commands, is very treat motivated and extremely human friendly. Ophelia currently has foster siblings, but prefers to be on her own so perhaps would be better suited as an only dog. Ophelia is very eager to please her people and would enjoy to snuggle up with you on a couch/bed or just be close to her humans ALL day. Ophelia is still trying to get the hang of what toys are, loves a good chew toy and enjoys de-fluffing/de- squeaking stuffies in record time. If you're looking for a cuddle buddy and mellow walking companion than Ophelia is your perfect match! *** PLEASE NOTE *** The blue fence is 36†tall for height reference. Currently unable to test with younger children or cats.
